| SHIPPING | Items ship Canada Post 1-10 BUSINESS days after payment has been received. Some items are made to order and some are ready to ship. You will receive a order confirmation once payment goes through, and a shipping notification when the order is ready to ship. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. 

All US and CANADAIAN orders come with a tracking number. Please be aware that INTERNATIONAL orders do not come with a tracking number unless specified. All jewellery is wrapped in a HART + STONE box. Shipping prices are based on weight of order.

  • You are responsible for any customs or duty charges that may incur and need to be paid on time of parcel arrival.

| EXCHANGES | | If you wish to exchange an item, please send it back unworn and in its original packaging. Please send your exchange to the address below and you will either receive a credit. | RETURNS | If there is a manufacturing defect to your product an exchange or credit will be issued. If you change your mind we do not offer money back. HART + STONE has the right to request or deny any such defects. Please contact us right away and we can sort out this issue. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If we sent the wrong item or the wrong size the shipping costs will be paid by HART + STONE.

| CANCELLATIONS | If you need to cancel your order please do so within 3 hours of purchasing. We try and get our orders out right away. Most of our jewelry is made to order and we could have already started making your piece. We do not offer cancellations after 24 hours from when the order was placed. Sorry for an inconvenience. 

| SALE | All sale items are final sale - no exchanges or returns permitted. 

| LOST OR DAMAGED | If you haven't received your item after the estimated arrival time please check with your local postal/delivery service. If they are unsure please don't hesitate to e-mail us. We do highly recommend purchasing a tracked or insured package so your new jewel arrives safely.

We do our best to create excellent quality hand crafted pieces, which can sometimes be delicate. Be sure to keep it in a safe place (the box or bag it came in will do) and try not to wear it when swimming or bathing. Don't wear jewelry while swimming, bathing, and keep away from moisturizers and lotions.

Keeping your jewels in a box will keep them from tarnishing and remain their brightest. Sterling silver can tarnish over time, but you can clean your jewelry by washing it gently with dish soap and a toothbrush. Make sure to rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean towel.
